Fluid Solar Roasted Coffee is an artisan, micro coffee roaster located in beautiful Lanark Highlands Ontario. We take pride in providing fresh, high-grade coffees using our unique fluid bed hot-air coffee roaster powered with solar energy produced on site.
Our focus is on quality and attention to detail in each 8-pound batch we roast.
We have a wide selection of coffee blends, roast levels and single origin coffees that have been carefully selected with a diverse customer base in mind.

We buy all of the supporting products for our coffee business locally. Our production processes use no water or plastics, generates near zero garbage and we recycle and compost most everything else.
We live and work off the electrical grid, generating electricity and heat directly from renewable resources. 100% of our water use is recycled back to nature, and our garbage waste stream motto is simple; “If we can’t reuse or recycle it, we don’t use it”.
The coffee bag we use is made in Canada and is 100% biodegradable. It includes a plant based gas valve and resealable zip lock. The bag is made from renewable resources. It has a 3-ply high barrier liner that keeps oxygen out and your coffee fresh for up to 12 months. When the coffee is gone place the bag in your compost or a green bin.
