Richard was born in Scotland and recently moved to Perth from Britain in November 2016 with his Canadian wife. He has enthusiatically found opportunities to exhibit in Canada. He paints in oil, acrylic and watercolour and has had paintings exhibited at Studio 87 in Perth as well as Maple Run Tour, Art In The Attic and The New Art Festival in Ottawa.
