Shawn first discovered his passion for leatherwork at a young age, while growing up between the villages of Clayton and Tatlock. He spent a few years living in Ottawa and returned to the area in January 2021. Upon his return, Shawn decided to refocus on the leather trade and take it from a hobby to a business.
As a Maker he uses a combination of modern and traditional tools and techniques to create practical designs built for daily use, with a blend of classic and contemporary styles. Products are made from full grain cowhide, sourced from various US tanneries.
